Order Processing: Please note that it typically takes us 1 to 2 working days to process and prepare your order for dispatch.

  • European Products (from European Warehouse):

    • For customers in Europe: Estimated delivery is within 3 to 7 business days.
    • For customers in the USA: Estimated delivery is within 5 to 9 business days.
  • USA Products (from USA Warehouses):

    • For customers in the USA: Estimated delivery is within 3 to 5 business days.
    • For customers in Europe: Estimated delivery is within 5 to 7 business days.

  • External Factors: Please be aware that delivery times can be affected by external factors beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, weather conditions, Covid-related restrictions, political events, and public holidays in the destination country.
  • Product Preparation: Additionally, as many of our products are crafted with meticulous attention to detail, there may be occasions when more time is required to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and design. This might slightly extend the time needed before your order is ready for shipping.

All our shipping estimates are based on average delivery times and are provided as general guidelines to assist you in planning your purchase.


For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

You may request to be on a waiting list for a particular product that is currently out of stock and we will notify you via email once it’s made available again. We will give you the courtesy of 24hrs to secure the item for purchase before making it available to the public. For your privacy and for security reasons, we will not hold or process pre-payments on any pre- or back-ordered items unless instructed by you.


Tracking your order:

You will automatically receive a confirmation of your order. For some specific products or collections we do not provide tracking order, but for other products and collections we do offer tracking number. This means that you will receive a separate confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. 


Wrong address disclaimer:

To provide fast processing and shipping times we automate our requests with our warehouses. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you need to correct the destination address, please notify us immediately at before your order is processed.

Please note that while we offer free returns for specific products and collections, there may be cases where other products or collections do not qualify for free returns. In such instances, customers are responsible for covering the shipping return costs and providing us with a tracking number. Return Policy Overview:

We stand by the quality of all our products and we will provide free returns labels for any defective merchandise (if qualify) on all orders from Europe and the USA offering free shipping. All returns must be initiated within 15 calendar days of delivery. Please reach out to our support team at to initiate the return process.

  • You are responsible for providing tracking on your returns. ELSYSTYLE will not be responsible for any unverified returns.
  • All items must be return in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
  • Due to the nature of some products, an opened item might not be accept for hygienic reasons. For example, but not limited to, lingerie, underwear, swimwear and fragrances.
  • Please verify your selection before placing an order for the correct size, color, etc. Only defective merchandise are eligible for return.
  • Abandoned, rejected or refused packages are not eligible for return.
  • We will provide a refund to your original payment method for all verified and accepted returns.
  • If we cannot refund your original payment method a store credit will be provided.
  • Refunds or store credit will be issued within 30 days from the date a return has been confirmed by our warehouse listed in the return label.
  • Any item purchased with store credit is not eligible for return.
  • We will not accept any returns outside the allocated return window.
