The purpose of this website is to present and sell products offered by ELSYSTYLE, including clothing, accessories, wellness and lifestyle items. Access to the site and its use are reserved for strictly personal use.

All images and product photos shown on www.elsystyle.com are provided by our suppliers or created for ELSYSTYLE and are used with permission.
We make every effort to display colors, details and textures as accurately as possible. However, ELSYSTYLE is not responsible if, due to a particular configuration or malfunction of the customer’s device, the colors or appearance of products differ slightly from the original items.

All images, photographs and product visuals remain the property of ELSYSTYLE and/or its suppliers. Any use, copying or reproduction without our express written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Product Availability & Order Confirmation

Products shown on www.elsystyle.com reflect current availability by size, color and style as communicated by our suppliers.
As an authorized reseller, we guarantee the authenticity of each item offered on our website.

All orders are subject to availability and final confirmation by our Order Department.
Once an order has been placed, we reserve the right to:

  • Re-confirm the availability of the items purchased

  • Verify payment details and previous transactions

  • Cancel or adjust the order if an item is unavailable or if there is an issue with the transaction

If an ordered item is not available or the order cannot be completed for any reason, our team will inform you as soon as possible and issue a refund where applicable.

Sizes, Fit & Product Details

Each product page includes images, descriptions, composition information and, when relevant, a size guide to help you choose the correct size.

If you require additional measurements or fit advice, you can contact our customer service at info@elsystyle.com before placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for size or fit issues when the item corresponds to the measurements and size chart provided.

Prices, Currency & Taxes

All prices published on www.elsystyle.com, as well as payments and order invoices, are in USD (US dollars), unless otherwise indicated.

For customers outside the United States:

  • Local duties, import taxes and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are not included in our prices and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Methods

We accept one or more of the following payment methods (depending on your country and checkout options):

  • PayPal

  • Major credit and debit cards via secure payment gateways

  • Other methods, if indicated at checkout

By choosing PayPal, the customer can pay directly from their verified PayPal account. We may only ship orders to the address registered or confirmed by PayPal or the payment provider, for security reasons.

Order Status & Separate Shipments

You can check the status of your orders by logging into your account (if available) or using the order confirmation emails we send.

Orders may ship in multiple parcels if items come from different warehouses or suppliers.
Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

Discount Codes & Promotional Vouchers

From time to time, www.elsystyle.com may offer promotional codes or vouchers:

  • Each code has specific conditions, including a start and end date of validity.

  • Codes cannot be extended beyond their validity period.

  • Some codes may not be combined with other promotions, unless explicitly stated.

Vouchers issued in lieu of refunds (store credit) can generally be used once, within a defined validity period, and for orders of equal or greater value than the voucher amount.
Specific terms will be mentioned at the time of issuance.

Delivery, Shipping Costs & Duties

www.elsystyle.com ships to various countries using selected shipping providers.
Shipping fees, delivery times and available destinations are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

For shipments outside the United States:

  • Packages may be accompanied by customs documentation showing the value of the goods, as required by law.

  • Local duties, import taxes and customs charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Conditions for Apparel & Accessories (Summary)

Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy, but in summary:

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused, with all original tags and labels attached.

  • Shoes and accessories must be returned in perfect condition, in their original undamaged box and packaging, as these form part of the product.

  • Items must be returned in the original product packaging and outer box used for delivery or equivalent protective packaging.

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. lingerie, underwear, swimwear, some wellness items) must be tried on over personal underwear and with protective hygiene strips intact. If the hygiene seal or strip is removed or the item is stained, the return may be refused.

  • Returns must be shipped from the same country to which the order was originally delivered, unless otherwise authorized in writing.

ELSYSTYLE reserves the right to refuse returns that:

  • Are not authorized in advance

  • Do not comply with the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy

  • Are returned in a condition that prevents re-sale

In such cases, the goods may be returned to the sender at the original delivery address. If, exceptionally, we accept a non-compliant return, a handling fee of up to 10% of the product value may be applied.
